lastpayphone.net ("the site") is a photographic archive of payphones operated by Leonardo Genzon ("we," "us"). By using the site, submitting a photo, or posting a comment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Except where another contributor is credited, all photographs, text, and design on this site are © LRE Inc. All rights reserved. You may reference material from the site with the attribution described above. Bulk downloading, scraping, or republishing the archive without permission is not allowed.
When you submit a photo: (a) you confirm you took it or own the rights to it; (b) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt it on this site, in the related book, and in other Last Payphone project materials, with credit to the name you provide; (c) you keep ownership of your photo and can ask us to remove it at any time through the contact form. We review every submission and may decline or remove any submission for any reason. Do not trespass or put yourself at risk to photograph a payphone.
Comments are public and moderated. No links, no spam, no harassment, no unlawful content, and nothing that discloses another person's private information. We may hide or remove any comment at any time.
The site links to third-party services such as Google Street View. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
The site is provided "as is." Locations shown on the map are approximate and many of the phones pictured no longer exist. We make no promises about accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. If you visit a location, you do so at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact us through the form above with the photo in question and proof of ownership, and we will address it promptly.

We only collect what you give us: your name and email when you submit a photo or use the contact form, the name you type when you post a comment, and the photo and location details you choose to share. Submitted photos may contain embedded location metadata; by submitting, you agree we may use that location on the map.
No accounts, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and no analytics trackers. The "calls connected" counter on the home page is a single anonymous tally; it stores nothing on your device and records nothing about you.
Names are used to credit published photos and comments. Email addresses are used only to contact you about your submission or message. We never publish, sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
The site is hosted on Netlify; submissions and comments are stored with Supabase. Both providers may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of operating their services, under their own privacy policies.
Submissions and comments are kept as part of the archive. If you want your photo, comment, or personal information corrected or removed, ask through the contact form and we will take care of it.
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
